All known issues identified in the Magento Open Source 2.4.2 release notes have been fixed in this release. This release includes over 370 new fixes to core code and 33 security enhancements. These community contributions range from minor clean-up of core code to significant enhancements in GraphQL. It includes the resolution of almost 290 GitHub issues by our community members.
It is now the default content editing tool for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source. Page Builder is now available as a bundled extension in Magento Open Source. Core composer dependencies and third-party libraries have been upgraded to the latest versions that are compatible with PHP 8.x. Security enhancements include expansion of reCAPTCHA coverage and inclusion of built-in rate limiting.
Magento Open Source 2.4.3 introduces enhancements to performance and security plus significant platform improvements.
